Functions for use in parametrized reports

n_valid(): get sum of valid (not NAs) of a vector

n_agree(): get number of agreement answers (defined by a cutoff) in a vector

n_missing(): get number of NAs in a vector (complement to n_valid())

prop_agree(): get (proportion) percentage agreement of answers in a vector - 'agreement' to be defined by cutoff
